Six fishing lakes set in the idyllic Worcestershire countryside
Set within 25 acres of idyllic
Worcestershire countryside only 3 miles away from Kidderminster,
Shatterford Lakes is considered to be one of the UK’s premier
angling venues with six fishing lakes all interlinked by fresh
natural spring water flowing from the hills into the valley
The fishery itself provides perfect fishing conditions for beginners as well as a challenging but rewarding experience for angling enthusiasts who could potentially land catfish over 70lbs+, carp over 42lbs and an abundance of good sized silvers, including roach up to 3lb and bream over 10lbs.
Shatterford Lakes is owned and managed by
pro angler Grant Albutt who has a wealth of match knowledge and
a proven track record of success, achieving a prestigious list
of big event wins including the 2009 25k Parkdean Championship
and the 2010 UK Championship. Grant and his wife Nicola, along
with a small dedicated team provide a welcoming presence to this
unique six lake angling venue.
Anglers of all levels can now benefit from Grant’s coaching, on any of the lakes using pole, feeder or float. Grant’s expertise in these disciplines are a credit to his dedication to the sport which has led to him being recognised as one of the top anglers in the country. Please ring for more information.
Corporate days for angling groups are always available, please ring for details.
Shatterford Lake Fishery is open throughout the year, 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Rod numbers are strictly limited to avoid over-crowding and pre-booking is advisable on both Erics and Masters lakes to avoid disappointment. Overnight and longer stays are a popular choice.
